With the right tree work you could expose a view of the surrounding mountaintops, the rest of your acreage below, and possibly even the beaver pond across from the northern boundary of the property. A well has already been drilled near the driveway, and the build site itself is flat and clear. Electricity is available at the road, but hasn't been brought in to an on-site junction box yet.
